Secure space for the missions shaping America’s energy and national security.

GLO Park, the Global Energy Security Park, is a secured campus next to the National Laboratory of the Rockies, built for federal agencies and the contractors who support them: ICD/ICS 705 SCIF suites, secure labs, and office space on one campus.

The Project

A national-security campus at the gateway to the Rockies.

GLO Park sits on State of Colorado land at Denver West Parkway and Research Road, at the front door of the National Laboratory of the Rockies (formerly NREL). The campus is planned in three phases so it grows with tenant demand, not ahead of it.

Phase 1 is a three-story, approximately 60,000 SF building combining SCIF space, secure and open labs, and collaboration space, with a secured main entrance and controlled site access. Phases 2 and 3 add two more buildings and structured parking as programs commit.

Available Space

Built to the classification your program requires.

From full SCIF suites to unclassified office, space is planned around tenant security requirements from the start, not retrofitted after the fact.

SCIF Suites

Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities built to ICD/ICS 705, with a design-builder that has delivered more than 1.8 million SF of accredited secure space.

Secure & Open Labs

Classified wet labs, open labs and prototyping space for energy security, defense innovation and research programs working alongside the national lab.

Office & Collaboration

Unclassified office, collaboration zones and amenity space alongside secure program areas, so cleared and uncleared teams can work on one campus.

Why GLO Park

Why locate a secure program here?

Next door to a national lab

The campus borders the National Laboratory of the Rockies, with the potential for a future secure connection, and is close to the DOE, DHS and DoW programs that work with it.

Security built in, not bolted on

A secured perimeter, controlled access and a shell planned around secure suites mean tenants spend less time and money on their buildout and accreditation.

Public partners at the table

GLO Park is developed in partnership with the State of Colorado, and Jefferson County Economic Development Corporation is assembling incentive packages for tenants.

A workforce you can recruit

Colorado School of Mines is minutes away, the Front Range has a deep cleared and technical workforce, and the foothills start at the property line.
